Returns on prints, stickers, buttons/pins, and magnets:
- Email Renee at reneetheartist@rldartworks.com
- Explain the issue and provide pictures in the email (i.e. arrived broken or damaged, wrong product).
- Returns and refunds will be made on such basis.
Original Paintings or Drawings:
- Renee will be personally communicating with purchasers of original works to guarantee satisfaction.
- It is not ideal to refund the purchaser of a painting or drawing.
- The cost and difficulty of shipping original works means it's better to be conscious of your purchase and do so only when you can commit.
- Renee will provide pictures, information, and answer any questions that may arise as the purchaser is making their decision.
